No, a virtual tour is not live, we take photographs like a normal estate agent listing but we use specialist cameras and software to turn the images into a fully immersive virtual tour.
Our virtual tours start at £100 but prices vary from property to property. The best way to calculate the cost of a tour will be to contact us and we will be happy give you a quote.
If you arranged and paid for the virtual tour yourself then you are free to share with any estate agents that you wish, you can also share on social media or anywhere else that you wish. If the virtual tour was arranged and paid for by an estate agent, they will advise you on where you can share the virtual tour.
For a sale project (house, caravan etc) there is no annual fee, the tour will stay live until your property is sold. If you want a hotel (for example) to be scanned then the tours will be live permanently, this incurs a charge of £50 per year per tour and will be discussed prior to any agreements being made.
Yes but there are 2 options, we can set you up with your own hosting for the virtual tour and you pay directly to Matterport or we can host the virtual tour for you.
A tour can take anything from 20 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the property being scanned.

A virtual tour is a thorough and complete 360-degree by 360-degree view of a physical property. The end user can literally feel as if they are at a location, without ever physically stepping foot into the establishment. They can look up above them, at the floor below them, left and right, and all around.
We can blur out anything that you don’t want to be seen in the tour, we cannot however remove objects from the scans, this is why we advise that people are not in the room that we are scanning.
Our sophisticated camera setup measures the floorplan as we scan the property, no additional time is required to measure the property.
With each tour that we do we include the floorplan, 360 virtual tour and dolls house. The only optional extra is the aerial photography.
Usually it only takes a single member of our team per visit. On larger properties it may take two members.
Your virtual tour will be visible worldwide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 day a year.
Aerial photography is an extra but if you are having a virtual tour created then we can usually do this at the same time and offer a discounted rate for the aerial photography.
Yes, our drone pilots are certified to CAA A2 and are fully insured.
We will require the address and arrange a convenient time to visit. The property will need to be staged ready for us to complete the scan with minimal disruption.
We take security seriously and ensure that your virtual tour is hosted on secure servers. You can also control who has access to your tour by using password protection or restricted access links.
Yes, you can easily embed our virtual tours on your website. We provide you with the necessary code and instructions to integrate the tour seamlessly.
We’re fully flexible, we are able to come out at short notice, weekends and unsociable hours.
We only charge after we have completed the work, however if a tour is requested to be completed during unsociable hours then we may request a non-refundable deposit prior to doing the tour, this will then be deducted from your final bill.
